- Astaxanthin: A powerful antioxidant found in algae, crustaceans and some fish. It is believed to reduce inflammation, promote skin health, support eye function and improve athletic performance.
- Curcuma: Contains curcumin, which is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It is often used to relieve joint pain, aid digestion and promote general anti-inflammation.
Astaxanthin with Curcuma in combination are both powerful antioxidants and can have anti-inflammatory properties on the body. Their combination shows synergistic effects, especially in fighting inflammation and protecting against oxidative stress
- Nattokinase: An enzyme extracted from fermented soya beans (natto). It is believed to improve blood clotting and circulation, which can contribute to a healthy cardiovascular system.
- Black pepper: Contains piperine, which can increase the bioavailability of other nutrients, especially curcumin. It is often taken together with turmeric to improve the absorption of curcumin in the body.
Curcuma in combination with nattokinase & Black pepper is perfect for curcumin due to the piperine (black pepper) it contains - as this increases the bioavailability of curcumin and the body benefits from it. The addition of nattokinase could enhance the supportive effect on cardiovascular health.

Wir nehmen es seit 2 Wochen und merken schon jetzt positive Veränderungen im Allgemeinen. Müdigkeit und Niedergeschlagenheit sind so gut wie weg. Es fällt einem morgens leichter aufzustehen und in den Tag zu starten.

Schmerzen deutlich gebessert
Zunächst war ich skeptisch, da man öfter liest, Nattokinase ginge bei MCAS (Mastzellaktivierung) nicht. Ich kann das nicht bestätigen, habe keine Verschlechterung der Symptome dadurch. Es mag also individuell sein und wer keine Sojaallergie hat, könnte es ausprobieren. Nach 3 Wochen hatten sich meine Fibromyalgieschmerzen deutlich gebessert, so dass ich nach Monaten wieder durchschlafen konnte und wieder beweglicher wurde. Die Durchblutung verbessert sich auch spürbar. Lieben Dank an Dr. Schiffmann für dieses wertvolle Produkt.
