Perfekt! Seit ich den Reishi regelmäßig nehme, habe ich kaum Heuschnupfensymptome. Normalerweise nehme ich ab Dez. Antihistaminika und wenn es ganz schlimm ist auch mal eine Cortisontablette. Dank Reishi noch keine einzige Tablette nehmen müssen. Die Symptome halten sich absolut im Rahmen. Ich bin absolut begeistert, weil der Körper das dadurch selbst reguliert.
