Taurine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is found in daily food as well as in the human body. However, the human organism can produce it relatively poorly, which is why a food supplement makes sense. Taurine is involved in a multitude of biological metabolic processes and is found in the muscles, bile, brain, retina of the eyes as well as in breast milk. Taurine can, for example, act as an antioxidant and positively support blood flow and general cardiovascular functions. In plant foods, taurine is only present in very small amounts, which is why a supply via dietary supplements can be particularly useful in vegan diets. People with very low taurine levels can sometimes be more susceptible to damage from environmental sheep substances - such as aldehydes, chlorine and amines. The effect of taurine has been looked at in more detail in various studies: In patients with heart failure, short-term taurine supplementation led to an improvement in cardiovascular function associated with exercise. 1,2,3It has also been shown that taurine can have a positive effect on blood pressure in people with hypertension or pre-hypertension. 4,5In a study of type 1 diabetics, taurine was able to restore disturbed blood flow to normal within 2 weeks.

Wir nehmen das Taurin in Kombination mit Wildheidelbeere und Propopolistropfen und Astaxanthin. Die Sehkraft meine Lebensgefährtin ist merklich besser geworden; sie hatte -5 Dioptrien! Heute kann sie den Text am Fernseher in 3,5 Meter Entfernung lesen. Auch fühle ich mich leistungsfähiger wenn ich das Taurin alleine einnehme. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Ich nehme es noch nicht sehr lange. Habe aber das Gefühl dass ich besser durchschlafen. Fühle mich morgens fitter. Kann gerne so bleiben. Ich nehme abends 1 Kapsel.

Taurin ein tolles Produkt ...es hat bei mir den Blutdruck gesenkt und da ich es 3 Std vor dem Schlafen gehen nehme schlafe ich richtig gut ein und schlafe durch..sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich konnte meinen Tinnitus, den ich seit ca. 30Jahren mit mir rumtrage spürbar minimieren. Meine tägliche Dosis sind 2Kapseln. Somit kann dieses Taurinprodukt mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen
